I can probably count the number of times that I have had to skim through a book to finish it. This book droned on and on. It took forever to finish.
I liked the story line. There seemed to be great potential for their relationship. I would get the sense the story was going to pick up, only to have it fall flat on its’ face.
With each book I fall more in love with the people in the book.. this book was well written and it is not just about romance its about the refreshment of love theory. The whole book, no series is great. Loved this book.I really enjoyed this story. I thought the characters felt so real and believable. Both characters had their flaws and obstacles to overcome, and together I think they did just that.
I loved the protogonists right from the start, especially because she wasn’t a spoiled starlet. She was so open, honest, and really down to earth. She never wanted to call attention to herself, yet….she was so understanding and very accommodating to all those who asked for an occasional picture, or an autograph.
but then it’s very understandable after what he’d been threw growing up. After your dreams and your family suddenly fall apart at basically the same time. He’s the kind of guy who sits back and accesses the whole situation at hand, before he opens himself up and starts to trust.
And I loved all the descriptive writing about the area, especially the places within, and surrounding colums. If I ever get a chance to go there one day, I’ll be sure to check out some of the hot spots the author talked about.
